Tiffany M. Fincher, Philanthropy is her true passion and for many years have been a way of life for Mrs. Fincher. She is the founder and Executive Director of Aspirations of Life, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 2009. Aspirations of Life is a community based organization that provides mentor based programs to youth between the ages of 5-18 years old. She built the foundation for Aspirations of Life with a mission to mentor, educate and inspire youth and families to be everything that they are destined to be. Tiffany is passionate about providing mentorship to young people as a way of support and guidance. She says, “In many ways, mentoring represents the concept of It Takes a Village.” It is an approach that offers support to families and one that helps provide youth with the guidance and care that is needed to nurture them. Mrs. Fincher prides herself with heartfelt contributions to empower young people. She wholeheartedly believes that youth need role models who can be an example of who they can be if they dream big and remain focused on their goals. Her personal mission is to help young people embrace the power that each of them have within; knowing that they have something to offer the world.
